So I have been a bit neglectful of our blog, lets mark this as a turnaround point, starting over.....

Back story: Reid loves trains and he also loves rummaging through the pantry for objects to place in the cars of the trains. Found: dry garbonzo beans
The other night while Reid is in the bathtub, we hear a loud crunching sound. Obie (13 year old dog) is eating the fallen garbonzo beans that have escaped the train. I tell Reid this.
The next morning, Reid is whining in his room and I go in to ask why all the whining? Reid says "Obie ate my chick peas". I said, "instead of whining about the problem, let's fix it. What is the problem?" Reid says, "Obie ate my chick peas" I say, "ok, let's think of the solution to fixing the problem, how can we fix the problem Reid?" Reid looks up and says, "let's make a sign and write, Obie, do not eat chick peas!"
